We are now also offering a full week of randonneuring with our new Adirondack Brevet Week. It includes two 200 KM brevets, and a 300, 400 and 600. For more information, CLICK HERE. And if you have any questions, feel free to CONTACT US.
Thank you for your interest in the 600 KM Brevet. This ride is part of the Saratoga Brevet Series and Adirondack Brevet Week, and is sanctioned by Audax Club Parisien and Randonneurs USA. We will follow their rules & regulations.
We're working on the final route, and will have it posted shortly, but can assure you it will be varied and challenging. Expect hills, mountains and flats, scenic roads along lakes, rivers and creeks, and maybe even a jaunt into Canada.
Whatever the final route is, please plan for this ride carefully, as there will be several long stretches where services will not be available. Also note that overnight accommodations are not included in the entry fee. Riders wishing to take a sleep break must make their own arraignments. Lights and reflective gear will be required and riders should expect between 4-12 hours of night riding. To view our rider checklist, which has our minimum lighting requirements, click here.
This ride will be unsupported on the road, but services will be available at the controls. We'll have food at the start and finish, along with Hammer Nutrition gels, drinks and bars to take along with us. We'll also have a small selection of lights, batteries, tires, tubes and other merchandise for sale at the start, in case you've forgotten anything.
This brevet will start from the ALPINE COUNTRY INN & SUITES, located at 5647 Route 86 in WILMINGTON, NY (518.946.2263/877.946.2263), and we recommend staying there if you need overnight accommodations. If you do not stay there, please ask the RBA or motel management for parking instructions.
Same day registration will be available and below is the ride schedule:
This ride will be held rain or shine and entry fees are non refundable and non transferable.
